Day 20 – You are allowed to be ambitious here

Belief: “Excellent goals are the prerequisite for excellent results.”
You can set a goal that you want to feel better 5 out of 10 days. What would happen if you set a goal to get better every day? How does the idea of achieving that goal feel? Do you want to spend more time getting closer to the goal?
If you have a goal of being 10% better you can reach it and set a new goal., But what about having an ambitious goal about being 100 % healthy within 5 years. That will help you to take the right decisions on how to spend your time. I used 3 hours a day during 3 years to find information’s to this course and a book (not translated). And now finally I can start help people. Little did I know the problems on my way, but working on my goal every day persistently, pay of.
“Is it easier when it is not your health”, do you argue.
I had arthrosis for 25 years in both knees, when a doctor told me to start biking/spinning at a gym. One hour a week for 3 month and I was pain free. Can everybody do this? I have no idea.
Can diseased people do this? I have clients with Parkinson’s, that got free of symptoms in 3 month and other are still struggling, but becoming better after 2 years.
The ones that find this information and get started are of course +100 times faster than the ones that do not accept that body and mind are connected, and never start their journey.
