Day 17 – What is your goal?

“People have all the resources they need to achieve their goals.”

If you set some realistic goals and have enough determination, persistence, and intelligence, you will reach your goals.

Start setting a goal as

  • Buying or finding some clothes for working or exercise
  • Going to the library and reading a book
  • Reading in the library in this course
  • Searching healing stories for your symptoms
  • Spending 5 more minutes to study this course

Or a similar easy change in your life.

As you go along, you will find out you can do more and support your own healing.

You can have goals for the upcoming weeks, like the above, but you can have goals for the next years as well.
