Day 6 – What is your viewpoint of the world?

Belief:
“By changing my model of the world, I can change my state of mind. “

If you’re not feeling well, you can choose to change your mindset so that you will feel better.

It may be that you change your beliefs so that they support you, that you reverse a situation and see it from a more positive perspective, that you see the glass as half full instead of half empty. You are above the ground, not buried and dead. All situations always have a positive perspective and a negative perspective. It takes time to learn to twist the perspective, but it is doable.

Yes, you have been through some terrible situations, but it makes you the person you are, and when you get better, you can start helping people in similar situations due to your skills and strategies. Most people that help other people are survivors of a set of problems in their own lives.

“Observation is awakening to the revelation of life! “

Do you know the body’s stress hormones?

That is Adrenaline and Cortisol.
Look up Adrenaline on the internet if it is the first time you hear about it.
Then there is Dopamine. It is a feel-good hormone often connected with e.g. Parkinson’s disease.
Look up how it affects the body.
What are your current beliefs about Dopamine? Write it down.
Here is a video with a 3 minutes description of the above natural chemical and their relation to each other.

They are related to 1:1, as a grandmother to her grandchild.

Observation is like a muscle. It grows stronger with use and atrophies without use.
Exercise your observation muscle, and you will become a more powerful decoder of the world around you.”
