An exercise where you can check yourself. How stressed are you? Only start this if you have half an hour where you will not be disturbed. How long can you sit or lay down without thinking? Some people very seldom think, and they are the healthy ones.

In modern belief systems, the division is very sharp between physical and mental symptoms. What if this distinction was less clear?
