Overcome Chronic illness winter 2026 (follow on version)

Overcome Chronic illness course:  program

You know what you get: Knowledge, community, and tools to break free of your symptoms. We will mix the content a little differently, so it is not so overwhelming for the new participants.

This time, I have Andy with me as a Co-host to help both you and me.
He is from round 2 of courses and has helped me with a new podcast. Most of you know him. He can see the idea, has felt improvement, and wants to help the message out.

We try a monthly payment, so it is in your control, for how long you want to join.

Join the transformative journey to improve your quality of life with our comprehensive Overcome Course. Designed to empower you with knowledge, practical tools, and insights, this course focuses on understanding Parkinson’s, managing symptoms, and reducing stress to help you thrive.

We will have more focus on the community and the breakout room discussions, so there is a greater chance of connecting with like-minded.

What’s Included:

  • Live Session Opportunities: Join exclusive live sessions on Thursdays. Start on the 6th of November. Same time as usual.
  • Recorded Lessons: Access lessons from the Overcome Course and edited versions of the two Overcome courses, offering strategies to enhance your well-being, understand the nature of Parkinson’s, and address symptoms effectively. We of course hope you will join the calls and help the discussions.
  • HOPE Community Access: Connect on Sundays.
  • A new social media platform that is easier to join.
  • More activities will be added, as more people hopefully join..

more:

  • You get the offer of getting therapy from me with an extra monthly payment. To the extent I have spots available. People from outside have to commit to a longer period and a higher price.

Enroll today to fine-tune your learnings, meet new likeminded in the community, and use practical tools for a better quality of life!

See you
Lilian
